Tuesday - Wednesday: 6am - 1:00pm and 4 - 6:30pm
Thursday: 9am - 1pm and 4 - 6:30pm
Friday: 9am - 1pm and 4 - 6:30pm
Saturday: 8:00 - 10:00am
Holiday Schedule
We’re closed on the following holidays: Easter, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, July 4th, Labor Day, and Christmas Day.
Please watch for announcements regarding our schedule for these holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day.
Teens Welcome
Teens are welcome at the Y according to the following guidelines:

CDYMCA MEMBER
- Drop in $20
- 4 classes per month pass and access to Y360 $59
- 8 classes per month pass and access to Y360 $109
- Unlimited plus CDYMCA membership $159
EVOLUTION MEMBER
- Drop in $25
- 4 classes per month pass and access to Y360 $69
- 8 classes per month pass and access to Y360 $129
- Unlimited plus CDYMCA membership $159

Convenient Methods of Payment
Automatic Withdrawal / Safe and Convenient
This is a cashless facility. Monthly payments are withdrawn from your checking or savings account, or your debit/credit card is charged. The pro-rated cost for your first month of membership is due when you join. There is no contract to join, and we will stop your monthly payments (with 30 days’ notice) once we receive your written request. We accept bank draft or credit card.
First Time Visitors
To register for your first class, call 518.456.3634 or stop by our front desk. Reservations open one week before the class starts. For your first visit, please arrived 15 minutes before your class starts and bring a valid photo ID.
In case of an emergency and for the security of our members, all guests over the age of 18 need to provide a valid photo ID when visiting. You must complete a waiver and guests 14-17 years old must have their parent / guardian complete and sign the guest waiver form prior to entering the YMCA.
Refund Policy
Refunds and credits are offered when approved by a branch Executive Director. Please provide your request in writing. Refunds and credits aren’t issued unless you have a medical reason. Please provide a note from your doctor. Credits are good for one year.
Refunds and credits will not be granted for no-shows after reservations are made. Class reservation must canceled at least 12 hours before the start time of the time. If we have to cancel a program, we will gladly provide a refund.
Cell Phone/Camera Policy
Visual recording devices (recorders, cameras, etc.) are not allowed without the express consent of the Executive Director. Anyone taking pictures of another person without that person’s permission and knowledge will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and membership may be terminated. Cell phones are permitted in the lobby and for listening to media content (with headphones) during personal workouts.
