At the CDYMCA, we believe in developing healthy habits for youth that they can carry with them throughout their lives. Through youth sports programs like basketball, flag football, pickleball, soccer, or swim lessons, children build confidence, improve physical health, and develop lifelong wellness skills in a safe and supportive environment. Whether it’s gaining confidence from learning to swim or building positive relationships that lead to good sportsmanship and teamwork, participating in sports at the Y is about building the whole person - mentally, physically, and emotionally.

Our sports staff, coaches, and volunteers encourage children to reach their full potential. At the heart of YMCA youth sports programming is an emphasis on fun.
